At Nupe Swagg, we strive to ensure that all subscribers have a smooth and satisfying experience with our products. If you need to request an exchange, please follow the steps outlined below to ensure your request is handled efficiently.
Step-by-Step Exchange Request Process
1. Submit Your Exchange Request:
To request an exchange, please email our dedicated exchange group at exchange@nupeswagg.com.
In your email, include the following details:
- Account Name
- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to exchange.
- The reason for the exchange (e.g., incorrect size, defect).
- Your preferred size or any other relevant details.
2. Exchange Window:
- All exchange requests must be submitted within 10 days of receiving your order.
- Unfortunately, we cannot process exchange requests received after this 10-day window has passed.
3. Confirmation and Next Steps:
Once we receive your email, our team will review your request. We will confirm whether the item you need is available in the requested size or if other options are available.
Please wait for our confirmation before sending any items back. This ensures that we have the correct size in stock and can process your exchange promptly.
4. Returning Your Item(s):
If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., we sent the wrong size or defective manufacturing), we will provide a prepaid return label for you to send the item back at no cost to you.
- If you received a defective item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the defective item back to us at no cost to you.
- Please include a brief description of the defect in your email and any relevant photos, if possible.
- Once we receive the defective item and confirm the issue, we will either ship you a replacement (if available) or credit your account, depending on your preference.

5. Exchange Completion:
After we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are in good condition, we will ship the exchange to you if your requested size is in stock.
If we receive the returned item(s) and the replacement item(s) are no longer in stock, we will credit your account for the returned item(s).
